PRO BONO Attorney League
Access to quality and culturally sensitive legal immigration services are limited, yet critical for the Latina immigrant community. Approximately 1 in 3 Hispanic/Latina women have experienced physical violence by an intimate partner in their lifetime. SEPA Mujer realizes this and strives to provide quality immigration services to immigrant victims of crime eligible for U Visa, VAWA, T Visa, and Gender Asylum, free of charge.
However, due to limited resources and staff we can only help so many women. Thus, we have created a league of compassionate and devoted attorneys that can make a difference for an immigrant victim of crime. Help take on cases to provide legal assistance for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, asylum or human trafficking.
