As a daughter of Salvadoran immigrants, Dilcia realized the hurdles that her parents faced as immigrants. She understood early on that her purpose in this world is to provide assistance to her community. At SEPA Mujer, she’s fulfilling her purpose.
Dilcia graduated from CUNY City College in International Studies with a concentration in Culture and Communication, Magna Cum Laude.
Her interests are books about social justice, cultures and cooking. She is a fan of an array of music genres and her 3 cats; Charles, Captain Jack Sparrow (Jackie) and Sebastian.
